Allie Chipman is the owner and hearing specialist at Valley Hearing Healthcare, bringing over eight years of experience in hearing healthcare. As a Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist, she is passionate about improving the lives of those with hearing loss and tinnitus through expert care and patient education. Allie holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Brain & Cognition from the University of Guelph and began her career as a Communicative Disorders Assistant before completing her Hearing Aid Practitioner Program at MacEwan University. She has pursued advanced certifications in Tinnitus and Dementia care through the Excellence in Audiology Network and has gained international training in hearing technology and patient-centred care.

 

Throughout her career, Allie has trained under and worked alongside Nashlea Brogan, a Doctor of Audiology, TEDx speaker, and founder of Bluewater Hearing & Balance, refining her expertise in hearing healthcare for over seven years.

Originally from Nova Scotia, Allie spent several years working in Ontario before returning home to be closer to family and serve the Annapolis Valley community. She believes in a proactive approach to hearing care, empowering patients through education and personalized treatment to achieve the best possible outcomes.
